Im Mittelpunkt seiner Arbeit stehen das grenz\u00fcberschreitende Erbrecht und die rechtliche Begleitung von Sachverhalten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Deutschland und Spanien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften absolvierte er an der Universit\u00e4t der Balearischen Inseln (UIB). Darauf aufbauend absolvierte er den Masterstudiengang LL.M. Deutsches Recht an der Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster mit Schwerpunkt im Zivilrecht und einer Vertiefung im internationalen Recht.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen seiner Masterarbeit entwickelte er ein besonderes Interesse an Fragen des internationalen Erbrechts und der Nachlassgestaltung. Dabei befasste er sich mit der mallorquinischen \u201eDefinici\u00f3n\u201c im Vergleich zum Pflichtteilsverzicht gegen Abfindung nach deutschem Recht sowie mit den steuerrechtlichen Implikationen dieses Vergleichs.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2025 ist er im Umfeld der Kanzlei Dr. Stiff mit grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Erbf\u00e4llen und immobilienrechtlichen Mandaten mit Spanienbezug befasst.<\/p>\n<p>Er arbeitet in deutscher, spanischer, katalanischer und englischer Sprache und verf\u00fcgt zudem \u00fcber gute Franz\u00f6sischkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse im Italienischen.
